We would like to make a special mention to Special Force: Singapore Chapter’s unique new character, which cannot be obtained elsewhere in the world of Special Force. We present to all players our very own Singaporean creation – Special Operations Force!
The Special Operations Force (SOF) was created early in the 1980s and members are trained in counter-terrorism, intelligence-gathering and other special operations, undergoing training which only the strongest in body and mind can survive.
A notable mission of the SOF is Operation Thunderbolt, where on 27th March 1991, an SIA Airbus A310 was hijacked. A demand was made by the hijackers before their threat will be carried out, but before their deadline was up, the SOF had successfully stormed the hijacked plane and rescued the hostages.
