We have received reports from players of poor internet connections to Special Force yesterday at about 1330hrs (GMT+8) and action has been taken to resolve this issue with our internet service providers.
We have identified the cause to be due to the heavily congested link between our internet data centre and SingNet, thus, SingNet Broadband users are more likely to experience this intermittent internet connection.
This issue has been resolved as of today, 23rd March 2011. The Technical Team will continue to monitor the situation and conduct continuous performance improvements to internet connections to Special Force.
