A: You will be playing in the Philippines Chapter, where you can enjoy a lag-free
A: We will be transferring as many of your cash items as we can. However, the Philippines Chapter may not have the same contents as the Singapore Chapter, and such items (e.g. Unicorn M4A1) cannot be transferred.
A: Items that are available in the Philippines Chapter could be transferred. If you do not find the item in the new server, we regret that they cannot be transferred.
Also, these are the items to be refunded as D-Coins
For Capsule Tokens
A: Your Singapore Chapter clan can be transferred, however, Singapore players in Philippines clans and Philippines players in Singapore clans will automatically leave their clans.
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer player statistics
A: Unfortunately, the Capsule Shop is not available in the Philippines Chapter yet. However, unused Cash Tokens and
SP Tokens will be converted back into D-Coins and SP respectively, and transferred to your account in the Philippines Chapter.
A: Yes, all your D-Coins and SP will be transferred, please do not worry.
A: Unfortunately, you need to re-download a new game client from DFI. However, we will provide as many download links as possible to help you download faster.
